Las Vegas Dental Anesthesiology Course February 25 &26, 2011

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas when you are learning about Dental Sedation! We learned a lot of great information and techniques to bring back to the office to better serve our patients.  The two day course was presented by the ADSA (American Dental Society of Anesthesiology) and was held at Bally's Las Vegas.  Dr. Hughes' course was hands on and covered general anesthesia and IV drugs as well as medical emergencies.  The dental assistant's course covered a range of topics including monitoring IV sedation, nitrous oxide, medical emergencies, and pharmacology.

We had a great time. We worked hard and played hard too!!

Perhaps “less is better” more accurately describes the approach for the 1989 graduate of the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
